JOB DESCRIPTION

Opportunity for a Onsite Supervisor – Client site (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Mesquite, TX
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Must be available to work every other weekend
Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
The Onsite Supervisor will serve as the primary onsite leadership contact supporting Client site warehouse and production operations. This role oversees day-to-day workforce management for up to 200 temporary and full-time associates while maintaining strong communication and partnership with client leadership and staffing partners. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or production supervision experience, strong people-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities Workforce & Operations Management

  • Supervise and support up to 200 warehouse and production employees.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and maintain accurate daily headcount.
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and attendance across all shifts.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and departmental staffing needs.
  • Partner with client managers to support operational goals and workflow priorities.

Employee Support & Leadership

  • Provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Address associate concerns, safety issues, and performance matters promptly.
  • Conduct check-ins, engagement walks, and floor support for employees.
  • Promote a positive work environment and professional culture.

Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Review and approve employee timesheets and punch corrections.
  • Troubleshoot timeclock issues and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
  • Communicate payroll deadlines and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Communication & Client Partnership

  • Maintain strong relationships with Client site leadership and department managers.
  • Act as the liaison between the staffing agency and onsite supervisors.
  • Provide daily workforce updates, attendance reports, and staffing summaries.
  • Participate in onsite meetings, shift hand-offs, and operational check-ins.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing leadership experience required.
  • Prior experience supervising large teams (50–200+ employees) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with timekeeping / payroll systems and workforce scheduling.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
