Warehouse Lead – 1st & 2nd Shift in Mesquite

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations for an assigned shift. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and people-focused, balancing production goals with employee engagement and safety.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $22/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $24/hr
  (Rotational weekend schedule required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
• Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE.
• Perform regular floor walkthroughs and coaching sessions.
• Partner with leadership to align on headcount needs and plan for contingent workforce requirements.
• Delegate tasks based on leadership direction and operational priorities.
• Drive performance by identifying and leveraging high-performing team members.
• Attend leadership meetings to provide updates and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotational weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Safety-focused with a proactive leadership style.
