We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our night shift operations at a fast-paced distribution center in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to team supervision, inventory management, and workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support nightly warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor inventory control and maintain organization standards
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and shift supervisors
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and morale

Schedule:

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotational schedule (typically 3 days on / 4 days off, alternating weekly)
• Pay-21.00hr

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification a plus
