Join a leading team in the medical manufacturing industry as a Warehouse Coordinator on 2nd shift. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely movement of materials to meet production and shipping schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
• Assist in inventory control processes such as cycle counts and reconciliations
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely material flow
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Operate material handling equipment (including forklift or reach truck) as needed
• Support shipping and receiving functions, including preparing documentation and updating systems

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience with inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
• Forklift and/or reach truck certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
