📌 Job Title: Inserter Operator

Location: Fort Worth 
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd /5 days

🔧 Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inserter Operator responsible for setting up and operating inserting equipment to produce high-quality mailings in accordance with job specifications, postal regulations, and company standards. You will manage workload schedules, ensure maintenance of machines, and collaborate closely with the production team to exceed customer expectations.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate inserting, metering, and sorting equipment.

• Ensure mailing projects are completed accurately and on time.

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to ensure equipment performance.

• Maintain compliance with postal regulations and quality standards.

• Prioritize workload based on customer requirements and deadlines.

• Communicate with team members to coordinate and optimize production flow.

• Monitor product quality and resolve equipment issues proactively.

🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Good math skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions for machine setup.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Familiarity with postal regulations and mailing processes.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent reaching, grasping, walking, and standing for long periods.

• Ability to sit and move around the facility as needed.

• Requires normal near/far vision, depth perception, color recognition, and peripheral vision.

• Must have adequate hearing to interpret sounds and communicate effectively.

📎 Environmental & Mental Demands:

• Exposure to paper dust and production noise (hearing protection recommended).

• Frequent overtime may be required on short notice.

• Must adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage pressure from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
