Location: Mesquite, TX

Shift:

• Primary: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shift)
• Training: Must be available for 1st Shift Training | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2 weeks)

Pay: 23.00hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and experienced Inventory Associates to join our team on 2nd shift. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in inventory control along with hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks. This role requires accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately and efficiently
• Operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize inventory
• Load/unload shipments and verify product counts against packing slips
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas
• Input inventory data into warehouse systems or inventory management software
• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• 6+ months of recent experience with inventory or warehouse operations
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks (certification a plus)
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating or set schedule
• Availability to train on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
