Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee dock operations and ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of shipments
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with warehouse and transportation teams
• Verify shipment documentation and inspect freight for accuracy and condition
• Maintain clean and organized dock area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and team members to resolve any issues or delays
• Monitor inventory and assist with tracking discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
