We are seeking an experienced Distribution Lead to join our team and support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on working lead role, responsible for both leading a team and performing operational tasks.

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and actively participate in assembly, distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Operate various forklifts, including Reach, Sit-Down, and EPJ.
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Support team members with day-to-day tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Monitor workflow to ensure operational goals and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience (Reach, Sit-Down, and EPJ required).
• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work long shifts.
