Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Dallas, TX (Must be able to train in Arlington for 2 weeks)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist  to join our team. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and community outreach to provide vital resources to individuals reentering the community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for program participants, community partners, and local resources
  • Provide guidance and assistance with housing, transportation, employment referrals, and other essential needs
  • Deliver professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Support staff with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Handle calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience (preferred in community, social services, or administrative settings)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
