Warehouse Supervisor- Distribution Center

Location: I-20 / Lancaster Rd
Pay: $24 – $28/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility for overtime required)

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent job stability, and a strong background in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to warehouse staff.
• Assign tasks, prepare workflows, and determine staffing needs to maximize productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee inventory control, process optimization, and overall efficiency improvements.
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a distribution environment.
• Prior supervision/leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of excellent job stability.
• Ability to drive efficiency and uphold safety standards.
