Job Summary:

Snelling is seeking an experienced Metal Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grinding, sanding, and polishing metal surfaces to achieve the required finish. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of metal finishing techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform metal finishing, including grinding, sanding, and polishing.

• Achieve specified finishes such as #4, #6, and #8 finishes on various metals.

• Apply bundles, paint patinas, and select appropriate grit for different jobs.

• Use finishing equipment, including grinders, sanders, and polishing tools.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Travel to job sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in metal finishing, including grinding and sanding.

• Knowledge of different metal finishes (#4, #6, #8) and their applications.

• Familiarity with grit selection and finishing equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be reliable and detail oriented.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
