Bilingual Security Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bi- lingual Security Specialist
This position will report to the Security Engineer. The Security Specialist will be responsible for enforcing security policies, guidelines, and programs across his/her area of responsibility, product lines and facility.Job Details:
Location : Mesquite, TX
Shift & Schedule 3am-3pmResponsibilities:
· Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of facility
· Assist with emergency and crisis management response
· Function as an investigative resource for security, human resources, and compliance
· Assist with guard force management
· Develop, collaborative relationships; provide expertise, technical guidance, and training to ensure effective security services
· Maintain security processes and strategies to reduce financial and asset losses
· Communicate status of security issues impacting local or regional processes
· Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations
· Ability to interact effectively at all levels and business environments
· Travel to other company locations as needed
· Issue security badges and parking passesQualifications:
· Strong knowledge of domestic security operations and ability to implement measures in a proper manner
· Proficient in MS Office products
· High School Diploma
· College Degree preferred
· Former military or Law Enforcement preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security related field
· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with high level of problem-solving skills and innovativeness
· Strong sense of responsibility, highly motivated, and proactive
